## What this is

The Deep Rest Network runs one product: a 48-hour wellness cohort that runs **every Friday to Sunday, year-round**, with intentionally small cohorts. The same forty-eight hours, the same five elements, the same five-session structure, every weekend.

The five elements observed across the weekend are:
- **Earth** — Mitti Lepa ritual, organic farm pocket
- **Water** — Cold plunge (with IceMen India), pool, recovery
- **Fire** — Aarti lamps, Saturday night bonfire
- **Air** — Hatha yoga, pranayama, the infinity walk
- **Ether** — Sound healing, silence, sky-gazing

## The Five Sessions

Each guest experiences five core sessions across the weekend:
1. **Mitti Lepa** — earth ritual (included)
2. **Signature Ayurveda Therapy** — matched to your dosha via pre-arrival vaidya call (included)
3. **Cold Plunge with IceMen India** (included)
4. **Sound Healing** (included)
5. **Your free-time choice** — salon (ladies), 1:1 yoga, Nakshatra Tree meditation, solo infinity walk, organic farm pocket, or rest

Nadi Pariksha + doctor consultation happen separately, individually scheduled, in addition to the five.

- Vipra Suite (couple, premium): ₹45,000
- 5% GST applies. 50% advance confirms a seat; balance due 14 days before arrival.
